first was the invention of the wheel. then modern caveman said, 'i will invent me a pair of scissors.' naysayers lauded him for this saying 'its not even the bronze age and larry's dreaming of inventing scissors. what a brontosaurus brain.'
but he showed them. by chance, while thinking of a way to invent doorknobs, he invented scissors. with this invention, while others looked like jurassic crap, larry still looked like crap as well, but 'with style.' whatever that meant. later, everyone wanted a pair and this invention was selling like hot boulder cakes. his wheels took a backseat and didnt zoom up to popularity until the invention of traffic jams.
with this, he later went on to be the richest pre-bronze age man in the world and the first man to own 20 billion acres of land, half the sun, three quarters of the moon, that cluster of stars that looks like a mans dong and freds two cows. (on a wager that which came first; the stagasaurus or the stagasaurus' egg. everyone knows that stagasaurus' came first but it would be funnier to see him lose the cows anyway. following this, fred later became the first man to not die in a suicide attempt by leaping into the a raging super river. okay, maybe he did die. well... its just that they never looked for him, so they just assumed the best.)

i got another busted hard drive today from emmy the IT guy. (tima kaseyy!!) anyway, i figured its not everyday one gets the chance to take the photo of the innards of a data storage device. so away i went. included are some cables that i took for the sake of experimentation.
